A large consumer products company in South Broward iscurrently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst withextensive FP&A experience. Responsibilities:Preparation of and analysis of financial, product, andoperational data. Optimize Operational FinancialAnalysis Efficiency & Flexibility (Operational-Sales andMarketing/Supply Chain). Work and "business partner"with departments to provide analytic and financialmodeling support on projects. Assist senior managementin reviewing and understanding the current and futureimpact of decisions.Assists in the preparation of annual financial plansAssists in the preparation of the 12 month rollingfinancial forecastAssist in the budget process as needed and be familiarwith revenue and expense streamsPrepare proformas and feasibility models and analysis(ROI). Compiles prepares and performs analysis of monthlyreports for presentation to management such as:Operating trends and Key Performance Metrics/indicatorsrelative to plan, rolling forecast, past periods.Financial & Operational perf. Metrics relative to plan,rolling forecast, prior year and months/quarters.Integrate Operational financial analysis in areas orprocesses where they will add value.Analyzes implications of business activities andrecommends tactical and strategic actions to enhancefinancial performanceIdentifies variable and fixed selling, general andadministrative opportunities for cost reduction. Qualifications:Must be proficient in Operational Financial Statementand Brand/category/line/product operations Analysis (inthe Consumer Goods industry), Accounting, and generalFinance.Must possess extensive computer and modeling skillsincluding Microsoft Word and Excel macro programming.Experience with Hyperion, Artus, Oracle reporting &Financial Analysis & other comparable programs.Must have a strong analytical ability and work ethic andbe detail oriented.Must be able to work independently and under pressureand meet strict deadlines.
