FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER / CONTROLLER

Work for a Family owned Italian Food Distribution company, that is doing nothing but growing.  Headquartered in Mission Viejo, CA, this company currently has 5 warehouses in specific areas of the country with the purpose of being able to service the whole country.  The Full Charge Bookkeeper/Controller will be in charge of managing all aspects of AP and AR, Personnel / Office Management, Audit, Financials, Budgets and P&L.  If you are ready for the challenge, step up and apply, and let’s make this happen! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Manage all aspects of AP and AR; Personnel/Office Management, Audit, Financials, Budgets and P&L Oversee employee benefit packages Manage Payroll and tax reporting Manage staffing to include vacations and office coverage Manage payables for optimal cash flow Manage receivables, including billing and collections, for optimal cash flow Assist with contract negotiation, tracking and development MCSI. Assist  in processing of customer orders Coordinate cash management to meet company objectives Assist with budget planning and implementation. Manage office procedures and policies maintaining communication with staff on changes and updates. Coordinate inventory and logistics with suppliers and internal staff Maintain system controls and security Manage banking relationships and foreign exchange Liaison with contracted service providers Develop systems and recommendations for improvement of operations Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor Have Fun    Method of Measurement: Accuracy and timeliness of assigned responsibilities/projects Ability to function as a team player Ability to shift gears in workload as needed Ability to be flexible if assigned responsibilities change Commit to Company Mission   RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
