REGULATORY-FINANCIAL AND TAX REPORTING

 

COMPANY: MIDTOWN TIER 1 INVESTMENT MGMT. FIRM

 

COMPENSATION: 90-125K BASE, Team leader-VP, DOE

 

BODY:

 

¨  Prepare annual and semi-annual schedule of investments, financial statements, financial footnotes, form NSAR and 24f-2 fees

¨  Improve accuracy of expense ratios by establishing various expense accrual rates through the analysis

¨  Monitor the valuation and daily activities of funds such as money market, equity/ international, and fixed income

¨  Prepare SEC yields, income analysis and 12b-1 expense on monthly basis

¨  Facilitate the completion of annual audits by researching and resolving various issues encounter by auditors

¨  Assist legal department in the preparation prospectus, statement of additional information and other shareholder letters

¨  Train employees, coordinate work and assist management
