Function: To provide comprehensive, accurate and timely processing of all accounting related assignments.  Provide necessary support to Dept Manager and VP of Finance in order to accurately report financial results. 

 

Responsibilities:Process A/R in a timely manner with minimal input errorsProcess weekly commission statements to include MAS200 entry, chargeback research and database updates.Process weekly commission statements, to include MAS200 entry, chargeback research and database updates.Process weekly commission statements for 3rd Party Hauler, to include MAS200 entry, contract research, update to hauler and database updates.Cross-train for A/P and expense system invoicing.Train on 3rd party vendor systems and websites. All other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while effectively functioning in a brisk professional environment are required.

Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, 2-5 years previous experience in Accounting, preferably in transportation/logistics. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on very strong Excel skills.  Prior experience with MA 90/200 preferred. Successful candidate must pass pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen.
