Federal Corporate Tax Cosourcing Senior Consultant There is a tax implication for almost every transaction a company undertakes, from trading to acquisition to offshoring. Through Tax Cosourcing, tax professionals work with clients to help them improve efficiencies, strengthen internal controls and enjoy greater access to and control over an organization's tax compliance activities. We are currently seeking a Cosourcing Senior to join the Deloitte Tax business.  Cosourcing Senior Consultants must have the following qualifications:  - 2 or more years of general tax experience. - Experience with a Big 4/Medium size firm or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required - Consulting and compliance experience is needed. - Strong research skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required. - Exposure to SFAS #109 / tax provision calculations a plus. - Excellent project management and presentation skills required. - CORPTax experience preferred. - Advanced degree such as MST, JD or LLM preferred.  - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. - Advanced degree such as MST or MBA preferred. - CPA preferred. - Minimal travel required About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
