Federal Tax Supervisor *Downtown Location* New Opportunity

This position will be reporting to the VP of Tax  Highly visible position. 



You will be responsible for:Responsible for the detailed review of the U.S. consolidated corporate tax return, including forms 1118, 5471 and 5472, and supporting schedulesKeep up with changes in the federal tax laws as well as perform and/or manage research projects and special projects related to tax minimization strategies. Assist in data preparation and documentation during tax audits, using statutory, regulatory or judicial authority

Qualifications needed to apply:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business degree7+ years experienceFAS 109, specialized knowledge in federal consolidated corporate income tax returns, multi-state corporate income tax laws and regulations as well as GAAP.Energy industry experience a plus

Salary range for this position is  between $90k - $110k/year
