File Clerk/Archive Clerk - (Inventory and box) records management

Candidates for employment,CIBER Inc., is looking for a FT and a PT File Clerk/Archive Clerk/Records Management Clerk to work at an office location in Muskogee, OK.Temporary Assignment - starting as early as April 21, 2008 and ending no later than September 30, 2008 (based on project completion date).Job Responsibilities - Inventory and re-file financial documents in accordance with records, file and archive standards policies and procedures. The Project Manager will train and monitor the final qualified candidates to ensure all work meets 100% quality assurance standards. Work Experience required for these positions: 1) High School Diploma/graduate.2)  At least 1 - 6 months of successful alphanumeric (Letters and Numbers) filing experience required.3) Some File clerk/records management work experience is required.4) Any direct work experience filing and archiving federal government files/documents a plus.5) Experience typing and printing standard labels using MS Word is required. 6) Typing is basic - 25 - 30 WPM, but requires exceptional accuracy.7) Experience typing basic letters and numbers using templates (basic 10 key by touch) in MS Excel is required.8) This position required the packing and lifting of paper boxes that may be full of files and archives. Each box may weigh 20 - 25 lbs. each. There may be more that 300 - 500 boxes to pack and lift for future shipment. 9) Excellent past work attendance records a plus.10) Great team work skills - courteous client and customer service.The work schedule will be Monday - Friday. Average 24 - 40 hours of work each week.  Standard work day is scheduled 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily (with an unpaid hour lunch break each work day).The position requires the ability to pass a basic U.S. security background investigation.
