This person would be working for a company that focuses on the supply of electrically powered upper limb prosthesis. The company is growing very rapidly, and is looking for someone who can handle a wide range of the financial responsibilities with minimal supervision. Below are some of the required functions: Assist with preparation of draft management accounts and other reporting

Assist with budget monitoring



Bank reconciliations



Month end journals



VAT returns



Staff expenses



Purchase ledger



Sales ledger



Assist with payroll



Credit control



Account reconciliation



International transactions



Dealing with supplier and customer queries

***Joule is also looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for a company located in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. This person will be responsible for bookkeeping functions in addition to administrative duties as well. This opportunity is temporary to hire and paying about $17/hr on a temporary basis. Hours are M-F 8:30am-5pm. Below are some of the requirements:

· Must know QuickBooks and Excel

· Administrative capabilities. Will assist the office manager as needed and handle reception duties if needed
