Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  AU-43121-510693 Location:  Austin, TX 78757 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Austin division of an International company is searching for an Accounting & Finance Manager.  This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple branches, SOX 404 compliance, oversight of A/P & Purchasing, budgeting and forecasting, analysis of financial metrics, administering the AMEX corporate expense account, and tax compliance, among other things.  Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance.  Experience in public accounting and with a publicly-traded company is strongly desired.  CPA designation is also preferred.  Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude are needed, as well as strong analytical skills.  This position reports to the CFO.
