Finance - Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (VS)

SALARY:  100 – 115K + 15% - 30 % Bonus

 

Our client in Bergen County has a need for a Director/Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.  This person will be responsible for the preparation of the annual plan, perform monthly reviews of selected regions to determine accuracy of its monthly financial report; with an overview on systems and internal controls.  Prepare the division monthly financial reports and analysis, etc and perform analysis on capital investments. 

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with financial planning and budgeting at a supervisory level and should have led a department in their budgeting efforts.  They must also have a college degree in business with an emphasis on finance or accounting, 8 + years of experience in finance or accounting, leadership qualities with some supervisory experience, finance experience in cost controls, variance reviews, efficiencies, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, etc. and budget experience in a multi location environment.  Certification such as CPA, CMA, CIA or MBA a plus.
