Finance Manager

ICT Group Inc. has an opening for a Finance Manager in the Newtown PA office.

 

This persons overall responsibility  isto maintain, update and reconcile staff documents for senior management.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ø  Reconcile staff salary details to totals in the financial statements promptly after the accounting close each month.

Ø  Review ECA’s to ensure correct ADP department assignment and F/S flow.

Ø  Prepare the annual plan template

Ø  Work with HR to ensure only budgeted slots are approved.

Ø  Prepare allocating and accruing JE’s

Ø  Prepare monthly staff forecast

Ø  Communicate with all levels of management regarding staff questions

 

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Ø  Ability to work effectively with all levels of management across all departments.

Ø  Degree in accounting required.

Ø  Minimum of 5 years experience in finance/accounting

Ø  Advanced in Excel

Ø  Strong analytical skills

Ø  Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management to achieve expense control goals.

Ø  Able to meet tight deadlines in high intensity situations
