Finance Manager - Fully Insured Products

The Key Family of Companies is currently seeking a Finance Manager for our Indianapolis office.  This position will be responsible for management of all finance and accounting related functions for a fully insured large national account relationship.  Responsibilities will include daily management and supervision of finance personnel assigned to this fully insured account relationship.  Competitive salary and benefits package included.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordination of all workflows associated with the finance functions of the Special Products relationship.  Workflow includes but not limited to:  billing, cash receipts, ACH transactions, credit card transactions, commissions payments, general ledger auditing, daily/monthly reporting, and premium processing.Monitoring all finance reporting prepared for the account relationship and Key FamilyCoordination of established collection procedures for any delinquent receivablesInteraction with management for Key Family and account relationship to ensure operations are managed in accordance with the contractual obligations for accuracy, speed, and overall quality.Escalation point for all finance and accounting service issues including but not limited to billing, premium processing, commissions payments and reporting.Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Associates with equivalent work experiencePrior finance or accounting management experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of productsStrong interpersonal skills t interact with internal and external clientsAnalytical skillsConsiderable knowledge and understanding of accrual basis accounting in all areas (general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable)
