Finance Manger

Global Manufacturer located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is in search of Finance Manger to add to their team.

 

Responsibilities:

 Provide reporting, financial support and analysis on key business initiatives Consolidate operational results, assist, and coordinate the development of accurate budgets and forecasts for the bottling group manufacturingDevelop and compile the annual contract and quarterly forecast to establish, maintain, and lead the compilation of the contract and forecastsPrepare performance analysis and reporting by providing analytical evaluation of COGS operational performance Partner with other operational and technical teams to create and sell value-enhancing prospects



Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred but not required)CPA or CPA candidate4 – 6 years of accounting/finance experienceDetailed cost experience as well as a solid understanding of business process and analysis toolsAbility to develop and analyze customized reportsSAP or other large ERP knowledge Strong leadership  and communication skillsProficient PC & modeling skillsIntermediate to advance Excel skills

Salary: Base of $80k to $90k plus 15% bonus
