Finance Team Leader

Curtis 1000, a national printing company located at 2300 Main Street in Hugo, Minnesota has an immediate opening for a Finance Team Leader.  We are a leader in providing innovative project oriented print solutions that includes: digital document services, direct mail, fulfillment, promotional products, labels, envelopes, business forms and E-business solutions.

The Finance Team Leader is responsible for the overall leadership of a team within the Finance Department.  This includes assisting the Controller with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, and scheduling.  Job responsibilities include the following:Directing and coordinating the work of a variety of finance employees in all aspects of accounting (accounts payable/receivable, and collections)Prepare monthly financial and various detailed analyses.Provide daily direction/communication to employees to ensure various functions in finance are handled in a timely, effiecient manner.Assist in month-end closing and distribution of monthly financial statements, audit related issues and projects.Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.Prepare, review and key journal entries.
