Finance and Accounting Consulting Opportunities

Several Long Island based consulting opportunities available for Accounting and Finance Professionals.  Both long and short-term engagements from the Senior Accountant through CFO level.CPA or Public Accounting experience, Oracle, SAP, and Solid Excel skills - all a plus, but not mandatory. 

Current Openings include:

· Staff Augmentation / Backfill -Staff Accountant through CFO level staff augmentation / backfill for general accounting responsibilities: journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, account analysis, A/P, A/R, etc.

· SEC 10K / 10Q Restatements

· Oracle Implementations (Certified Oracle Imlementation Specialist with a CPA / Accounting Background), Oracle Process Re-engineering

· Budgeting / Forecasting and Financial Analysis (Data Mining a plus)

· Business Process Re-Engineering

· International and Domestic Tax Compliance (staff through Director Level)

· Revenue Recognition (SOP 97-2 a plus)

· Pension, Insurance(Statutory Experience a Plus)  and Investment Accounting (positions located in NYC)

· SOX and Internal Audit
