Finance and Treasury Director

Industry: Manufacturing Job Duties & Responsibilities Ø  Financial analysis on future revenue generating activity and cash inflows and outflows Ø  Cash Management supervision on a daily basis. Ø  Cash management includes reviewing internal wire transfers and electronic fund transfers Ø  Review compliance with standing line of credit Ø  Ensure cash balances are not below required threshold  Ø  Prepare funding request for transfers Ø  Prepare cash and financial forecasts. Ø  Assist with preparation of financials and materials for the Board of Directors meetings.Ø  Prepare financial statements and footnotes.Ø  Prepare Debt Compliance Report for bankØ  Coordinate and oversee valuation of common stock by outside firm. Other InformationØ  This position will have the AP Manager reporting to them.  Ø  Check disbursements will require your approval Ø  Sign and coordinate signature of current week’s checks.Ø  Payroll funding transfers requires your review Ø  You will be final the review for the AP month-end balanceØ  Assist as needed with specific journal entries (Rebate-Part A, Evaluation Sales).Ø  Review quarterly state & federal tax payments to insure payment as per federal & state deadlines.Ø  Review tax accrual analysis and related journal entries, also be involved with annual tax return Ø  Monitor royalty revenue Ø  Prepare and/or review audit schedules for year-end audit.o AP, Cash, Debto FAS 123r (accounting for transactions in which an entity exchanges its equity instruments for goods or services), stock issued to employees must be valued at fair-valueo Fluctuation AnalysisØ  Assist as needed in SOX and internal control documentation.Ø  Assist as needed in IPO process.Ø  Research inquiries regarding policy & procedures and GAAP issues. Software:  ERP systems would be a plus, SAP preferred  E-Mail Resumes to: Ryan.Milne@accountingprincipals.com Company: Accounting Principals Status: Full Time, Employee Location: Irvine, CA 92618 Salary: 100,000.00 - 130,000.00 SEK /year Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Executive (SVP, VP, Department Head, etc)
