Financial Accountant,accountant

Job Purpose:


*MANDARIN SPEAKING CANDIDATE DESIRED*

For several clients, ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering certain transactions. Help support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.  Supervise various accounmting dpartments for diverse clientel.Job will include some travel to China.  This job has strict deadlines and candidate should be able to multi-task, work in different environments, and work in stressful situations.



Duties:



* Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.



* Prepares SEC compliant quarterly and annual financial statements by assembling data, consolidating results and more..

* Prepare and record asset, liability, equity and other entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

* Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.

* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

* Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.

* Assist in completion external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors and deal with attorneys.



* Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.



* Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.



* Prepares SEC compliant reports by studying variances;
 
* On occasstion asisst in the Preparation of budgets and forecasts.



* Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.



* Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
