Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Financial Analyst will be:

·  Compile monthly and quarterly financial reports.

·  Assist with annual budget process.

·  Identify trends to determine present and future financial performance.

·  Create daily/weekly performance metrics.

·  Establish database of information to be used in analyzing business performance.

·  Assist in the preparation of materials and analysis for senior management reports.

·  Develop analytical tools.

·  Perform ad hoc requests for analysis of financial data.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.

·  Minimum 2 years financial operations experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

·  Experience with JD Edwards a plus.

·  Excellent written and oral communications skills.

·  Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

·  Ability to work under pressure and accommodate deadlines
