Financial Analyst



Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field requiredMinimum five years experience in accounting/finance required 2 years dealing with Executive Summaries and Ad Hoc Reporting and AnalysisVariance Analysis experience(Heavily involved at the close)





Summary:

Direct interaction with the CFO and other Executive Management.



With minimal direction, assists the Finance Director and CFO in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets.



Assists in the analysis of cost accounting data by service line/procedure.



Prepares proformas for strategic business plan initiatives and operational objectives.



Writes monthly performance reports for distribution to the board of directors and other senior leadership.



Coordinates the preparation of statistical reports, financial projections, and various monthly management and operational reports.



Provides approval for check requests and expense reports with appropriate policy and procedure guidelines.



Assists with fiscal education and budget training programs for management



Performs special analytical projects and ad hoc analysis and makes recommendations based on results.
