Skills Required:

The qualified candidate will have:

- BA in Accounting/Finance
- 2-4 years relevant Finance experience


Job Description:

Responsible for financial operations, planning and reporting for TWFG and all subsidiaries.

Supporting Functions:

- Maintain accounting ledgers, supporting books and records.
- Reconcile payables/receivables.
- Monitor and assist in the collecting of premiums as needed.
- Responsible for the running of daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports and related distribution.
- Reconcile and report 3 MGA Programs.
- Review and reconcile third party provider activity reports to TWFG Financials.
- Process and/or book activity for commissions, deposits and refunds as required.
- Prepare Semi-Monthly payroll through ADP.
- Maintain ADP related HR requirements.
- Prepare management reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Reconcile inter-company balances.
- Perform special projects at management's request.
