Financial Analyst/Accounting Manager

Hampton Roads company, a subsidiary of a publicly traded Singapore based company, looking for a Financial Analyst/Accounting Manager to handle all accounting and financial functions. 

 

Successful candidate should have solid experience in accounting functions including, but not limited to:

 Prepare Sales Orders/Packing Lists;Submit Sales Orders/Packing Lists to customers as confirmation of orders and to warehouses as confirmation to release inventory;Arrange with customers/warehouses/trucking companies for delivery;Issue invoices;Manage Accounts Receivable; Maintain General Ledger; Perform Account Reconciliations; Cost accounting; Financial reporting; Must be able to work well under pressure.

 

Requirements Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products including Excel.  Peachtree Accounting Software experience a plus. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. 

 

Salary negotiable, based on experience.
