Are you interested in joining the number one online media sales organization! The sales operations finance division is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to support a range of functions with the primary focus on financial analysis across search and display advertising businesses.

• Run weekly pipeline reports, aggregate into user friendly format for sales to read and analyze.

• Calculate week/week changes in forecast and identify fluctuations by sales team.



• Consolidate sales bookings reports out of three different systems on a weekly basis and provide to sales teams for assistance with forecasting.

• Consolidate weekly excel forecast submissions from 14 different sales teams to provide full view of sales forecast. Provide weekly fluctuation analysis.

• Assist with pulling together data across variety of key display and search metrics to inform weekly and monthly corporate forecast submission.

• Assist with commission payouts at the end of the quarter – ensure revenue across multiple platforms is accurately attributed to sales reps payouts are accurate.

• Run and consolidate weekly reports to report on display off-network bookings.

• Assist with assigning industries to new advertiser information to provide a roll up of advertisers by industry.

• Assist with monthly dashboard, analyzing key metrics across search and display.



• Create planning templates to forecast revenue across search and display for top advertisers.

• Assist with cleaning up sales rep data needed in order to analyze sales productivity per head/tenure across search & display.

• Analyze data to be used in quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree

• 1-3 years professional experience, preferably in a similar analytical role.

• Record of strong achievement in a competitive undergraduate setting.

• Exceptional analytic skills and conceptual thinking ability.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to see big picture while effectively managing details.

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.

• Advanced Excel & basic Access skills. Strong modeling skills.
