We are seeking a Financial Controller for this quickly growing company.  This position will supervise a staff, but will be required to be a very hands-on performer. Duties will include:Manage the financial reporting process ensuring timely, accurate resultsSupport all business functions, including all manufacturing operations, with appropriate information to accomplish operational objectivesPreparation of all budgets and financial plans and provide adequate financial control information to achieve the planned results. Work closely with the Board of Directors in presenting results and developing and analyzing proactive plansAssure compliance with all external reporting requirements

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience CPA Preferred, but not required Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
