Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Position Description  Lead the financial analysis effort for the $160+ million Personal Lines operation. Areas of analytical focus include business segment profitability, operational trend analysis, and cost containment.  Responsible for the development and implementation of financial plans, as well as the creation and communication of forecasts and variance analyses throughout the year. Serve as a business partner to the operations, assisting them in making decisions that achieve objectives while maintaining fiscal discipline. Mentor and develop the analyst team to broaden their skills and help them meet their personal career objectives. Qualifications · 7+ years of analytical experience in a fast-paced organization with progressive levels of responsibility.· Proactive, self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving skills.· Strong communication skills with ability to defend a position in presentation settings.· BS in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
