Financial Recruiter

Dynamic Recruiters, Inc. is one of the fastest growing financial staffing firms in the Mid-West.  We grew our local operation by 50% last year and recently opened a new office in Pittsburgh.  We are looking to hire another Financial Recruiter for our Troy operation. 

 

The Financial Recruiter role will work with potential candidates as they review their career options and search out the next step in their career advancement.  We work hard to develop a network of skilled financial professionals, many of them with Big 4 or Regional Public Accounting experience.  It will be your role to identify these candidates, meet with them to determine their skills and career aspirations and make the right match for their career.  Likewise we will quickly have you in an Account Manager role working with leading employers in the area to develop new opportunities to present our candidates for.  While unemployment is fairly high, that is not the case for skilled finance and accounting professionals.  Excellent candidates with backgrounds in Accounting, Tax, Audit, Treasury and Finance are still in demand.  This role involves significant personal interaction as well as a high level of time on the telephone developing your network. 

 

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone with approximately 2 to 8 years of finance or accounting experience and a bachelor's degree.  The right candidate will need excellent communication skills, a desire to achieve, a high level of integrity and accountability, the ability to work 45 hours weekly and someone that wants to have fun on the job!

 

Dynamic Recruiters will provide a significant base compensation along with commissions that should earn you about $60-80k for the first year and $80-120k in the following years.  We provide extensive training and a great benefit package.  Previous staffing experience is not required, though it will be considered.  Send your resume in today to start the process of high earnings, reasonable hours and an atmosphere away from numbers.  This is a position for someone that is an achiever.
