Financial Reporting Manager

Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  TE-05052-502110 Location:  Torrance, CA 90503 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee -Coordination and interface with external audit process and external financial reporting. -Prepare quarterly and annual SEC reports, in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting rules for a public company, in an accurate and timely manner -Monitor and research changes in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and implement as appropriate to ensure the Company’s accounting policies remain in compliance at all times -Provide clear and well-organized documentation including detailed financial calculations, analyses and memos -Assist in the preparation of the company’s quarterly earnings releases -Develop and maintain the Company’s reporting calendar -Review external reporting information with outside auditors -Develop and maintain the Company’s monthly and quarterly internal reporting system. -Other Ad Hoc financial analyses and reporting as required  Salary/Pay Rate: 110000 Annual Salary About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
