LEGO Systems, Inc, is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager.  The purpose of this position is to drive the integrity of the company's financial reporting.  The job holder is responsible for the external financial reporting for LEGO Systems and its subsidiaries.  In addition, the job holder will establish and maintain the proper internal controls for all legal entities handled out of Enfield.  This position will focus on all compliance issues. 

Key Accountabilities:


Review and manage preparation of annual financial statements, financial statement disclosures, notes and supporting schedules.Work closely with external auditors Provide guidance and support in the APA calculation Analyze new and emerging accounting pronouncements and assess the impact on the Company’s business processes, financial statements, financial statement disclosures, and notes. Act as center of excellence through training and consulting on US GAAP and IFRS accounting issues and new pronouncements. Provide technical accounting assistance with special projects. Provide recommendation or information to the business on the financial impact before business decisions are made. Own all company wide financial controls, policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Update and maintain the company's accounting policy documentation.
