(PBS). In addition, they will work with the business entity and Group Controller to identify and analyze business project opportunities making recommendations to management. Other duties include any special assignments that are required to effectively support the business served by PBS. The position has no direct reports; however, they will need to direct the activities of other PBS staff accountants supporting or providing information for the budget process.   Responsibilities: · Provide financial leadership for projects such as BW optimization project and JSOX · Manage and direct staff and or contractor efforts to goals and objectives. · Coordinate the bi-annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process for the business including timeline development, requirements identification, planning worksheet development, budget/ forecast analysis and preparation and presentation of the final budget package for submission to company management, PNA and PEC · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting and analysis as required. Present financial results to executive management · Continually evaluate key financial and operation results to ensure alignment with managements overall corporate budget and goals/objectives. Establish business performance metrics with entity management and measure on an on-going basis. · Prepare selected audit schedules and complex analytics for outside audit. Coordination with outside auditors and performance of pre-audits · Prepare quarterly supporting schedules for consolidation reporting

    Qualifications: · BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration; Graduate degree desired · 7 to 10 years accounting/finance management experience · Extensive IT project management experience involving implementation · CPA or equivalent preferred, but not required · Have solid experience managing all aspects of financial and managerial reporting · Must be able to analyze the business points of the customer issue as well as accounting issues · Exceptional analysis and reporting skills, as well as a broad business perspective · Must be able analyze processes, recommend improvements and identify opportunities for business innovation · Must be able to demonstrate recorded financial reporting and process projects · Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite; SAP
