The Financial Service Rep / Teller will assist clients/card members in a bank teller environment. Responsibilites include, but not limited to, providing service to customers in all financial transactions. Principle accountabilities include; selling and buying foreign currency, verifying and cashing personal checks for card members, accepting card payments, selling Gift Cheques and Travelers Cheques, emergency card replacements, balancing teller drawer and daily work, and answering inquiries regarding financial products from walk-in customers and phone calls. QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a teller who has: - 2-3 years banking / teller / cashiering experience required. - Accounting experience a plus. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Good analytical and mathematical skills. - Detail oriented with strong customer service focus required. - Good problem solving and organizational skills. - Open to enhancing selling and marketing techniques. - Bi-lingual English / Spanish - Foreign currency experience preferred. - Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working under pressure in a team environment. - Product and/or sales marketing experience a plus. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
