Fixed Asset Manager: Fast growing company

Peopleflex Accounting Professionals has partnered with a well-known company in Dallas to find a Fixed Asset Manager. This position is responsible for capital budget reporting and maintenance of PeopleSoft Project Costing System.  Assist with capital expenditures vs. expense decisions and ensure proper classification and coding according to capitalization policy.  Process FA transactions such as additions, transfers, retirements, and monthly depreciation in PeopleSoft Asset Management System.  Reconcile balance sheet accounts, provide monthly/quarterly reporting and preparation of audit work papers.  Assist with special projects

Requirements: BS in Accounting, 3 Years Experience in Fixed Assets Accounting, Advanced Excel Skills, PeopleSoft Experience a Strong Plus, Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Communication Skills
