Fixed Assets/ Inventory Accountant - Phoenix


Responsibilities:


Implement and maintain Fixed Asset system



Work closely with multi location departments to be informed about purchasing decisions, project status, cost tracking, and transfers of assets between projects and entities.



Maintain accurate records relating to monthly depreciation of expenses; gain/loss on disposals, tracking of assets purchased, and jobs in process. Reviews fixed assets for valuation issues.




Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


4 year degree in Accounting and advanced Excel skills required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred; Great Plains a plus.



Communicate effectively verbally/written.



Self-motivated and able to multitask while consistently meeting deadlines.



Personal computer skills to include: Windows, Microsoft Office and Excel.



Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills.



Strong interpersonal skills when relating individuals at all levels, inc. managers and executives.
