We need a talented, hard working individual to fill the role of Fleet Analyst for AeroSat USA. In this position, you will update fleet information by corresponding with the site managers; gather fleet cost data as needed to prepare reports; track fuel cost on a per job basis; develop useful reporting as needs change or process improvements as identified; assist managers by providing accurate, complete and timely data regarding employee vehicle and fuel usage. Assist accounting in recording fleet costs by providing needed detail. Manage and monitor the fleet activity to reduce overall fleet cost.
Qualifications
Advanced skill using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management.
Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions to make timely recommendations. Advise and assist in taking corrective action and institute effective change.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Can compute detailed calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentage. Can draw and interpret graphs, charts and other visual reporting aids.
Expertise in creating complex formulas using Excel including subtotals, conditional sums, if/then statements, pivot tables with multiple criteria, data sorting, data filtering, charting, and graphing. Ability to use other applicable accounting and financial software to record and analyze financial information. Microsoft Office proficient.
Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to communicate and achieve goals.
Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive files and library of reference and historical data.
Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
Motivated, self-starter with aggressive attention to detail with extensive problem solving ability. Able to complete tasks with confidence and minimum supervision.
Associates Degree/Bachelor's Degree and specific experience with fleet management/analysis prefeerred.
