Freight Bill Auditor for a 3PL National Leader

NFI has an immediate opening for an experienced Freight Bill Auditor working out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Freight Bill Auditor reviews and corrects all invoices pertaining to carrier charges. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ø  Verify accuracy in carrier invoicesØ  BOL(s) attached connect NFIL on front of invoiceØ  Prepare a written receipt for accessorial chargesØ  Verify validity of pro carrier numbers through SCMSØ  Verify carriers invoiced mileage and rates through the carrier contractØ  Verify carrier invoice based on contract bids / spot ratesØ  Provide assistance in needed on research projects for various project clients and carriersØ  Handle mail bursting and date stampingØ  Provide assistance on supervisory personnel matters including interviewing prospective employeesØ  Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as needed Requirements: Ø  Familiarity with PC (Microsoft applications) with strong emphasis on MS ExcelØ  Excellent oral and written communication skillsØ  Excellent customer service skills NFI supports a drug free work environment.
