Full Charge Bookkeeper

Long Island City based contracting company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their extremely busy and energetic environment!!!

 

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience in the construction arena as a Full Charge Bookkeeper including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

 Processing Accounts PayableProcessing Accounts ReceivablePerform bank reconciliationsLiaise with outside CPA as needed monthly, quarterly and yearlyJob CostingProcessing of month end accruals PayrollGeneral Ledger reconciliation

 

Qualifications:

 Must have 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience in the construction arenaJob costing experience a must!!!Strong communication skillsProficiency with QuickBooks a plusSome who can multitask and work well in a high pressure environment a must!!!
