Full Charge Bookkeeper

Real Property Management "RPM", is the nations premier single family residential property management company, and we are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our office in Dallas. Responsibilities include AP, AR, rental collection entries, journal entries and monthly reconciliations. You will be responsible for maintaining the file system and maintaining property management confidential records with the utmost dependability and integrity. RPM is not a large corporate environment and you must be able to work independently but also be a team player and work with other staff to meet the company's goals. We are looking for an individual with sound bookkeeping experience that also has excellent customer service skills and can communicate with tenants and owners in a professional manner. Candidate must have good verbal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. This position requires an individual with several years experience in bookkeeping and proficiency in Excel is a plus. Tenure will be a factor in consideration when applying. This is a full time position. Compensation includes salary, paid vacation and holidays, and annual bonus based on performance. We do not offer health insurance at this time.
