Full Charge Bookkeeping

We are a creative, fun and energetic advertising/marketing firm seeking someone with Full Charge Bookkeeping experience to partner with senior management in making financial business decisions. We are growing and are looking for someone to partner with long term that can develop our accounting department and take it the next level. Is that you?

 

Duties include processing the following:

 

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Bank reconciliations

Month and year end close

Journal entries

Payroll

Billing

Collections

Financial statements

Balance sheet

Profit and loss statement

Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of study

Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel

5+ years of bookkeeping experience

3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience in the advertising/media industry
