This is a great opportunity for an A/P professional who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.   Responsibilities   Match invoices to purchase orders Batch invoices for check run Post invoices in appropriate General Ledger accounts Code invoices Assist with check runs Answer vendor inquiries Phone and email correspondence Process expense reports Qualifications   1-2 years accounts payable experience Detail-oriented and able to multi-task Time management and problem solving skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office, specifically Excel Working knowledge of accounting softwareSalary/Pay Rate: up to $16 per hour About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
