Full-charge bookkeeper and office manager. Immediate part-time position available for a professional, detail oriented and dependable individual to assist with commercial painting and hotel companies. Job responsibilities include bank reconciliation, payroll, payroll taxes, A/R, A/P, G/L, job costing, estimating, invoices, sales taxes, occupancy taxes, credit cards, chargebacks, collections, scheduling work, screening employee applicants, sales calls, human resources, answering phones, filing, and other duties as assigned. Minimum of 5 years experience with QuickBooks Pro, MS Word and Excel required. Must have excellent communication, organizational, computer and customer service skills.
