The Fund Accounting team manages all accounting processes and procedures for Stark's hedge fund products. As a Fund Accountant on the Valuations Team, primary responsibilities center on generating financial P&L reporting for the Firm's internal users and accounting for complex investment securities; stocks, options, bonds and derivatives.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Financial Reporting.Prepare and reconcile P&L statements for investments team.Communicate with investments team and third party administrators to ensure accuracy of transactions and manage trader expectations appropriately.Manage weekly and monthly valuation of portfolios across all investment books. Provide reports to investor relations team.Calculating and reconciling multi-currency income and expense accruals.Required Experience

Undergraduate or Masters degree in accounting. 2-5 years of financial accounting experience.Proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, Bloomberg, etc. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop business relationships.Strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities.Strong oral and written communication skills.Self-directed with a high level of initiative.Stark Investments was rated as one of the top companies in Milwaukee to work for by Milwaukee Magazine.  We offer competitive compensation and terrific benefits.
