Fund Accounting A/R, A/P

Freestone Capital Management is a progressive and innovative Seattle based investment management firm. We operate in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment with over 800 client relationships totaling $2 billion in assets under management. We are interested in attracting an intelligent, team-oriented, high-energy individual to join our staff of professionals in our growing business.

 

This position has a wide range of support function responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

 

· Processing invoices, paying bills and posting journal entries

· Preparation of bank reconciliations

· Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of accounts to the General Ledger

· Processing client billing

· Assisting in annual and interim audit and tax preparation and working closely with public accounting firm to ensure all audits and tax returns are completed in a timely and accurate manner

· Processing and delivering quarterly reports to our investors and delivery of other client correspondence

Requirements:

 

· A 4-year college degree

· Highly motivated and proactive

· The ability to complete complex projects with minimal direction

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated record of academic achievement

· Skills in Excel and QuickBooks required  

· Ability to work in a team environment, and communicate effectively

· Self starter with a strong attention to detail
