General Accountant

Calling all good Accountants!  LFC is a national title and escrow company licensed nationwide.  We are currently looking to hire an Accountant to join our team in Simi Valley, California. 

Accountant Role Description:

Positon requires a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting with strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills.  Requires prior experience and knowledge within the areas of monthly closing entries, bank reconciliations, quarterly sales tax returns, property tax returns, yearly 1099 filings, fixed assets, depreciation, financial analysis, corporate filings and others. 

System Skills

Requires in-depth knowledge of Excel including the ability to create Pivot Tables and do V-lookups, with knowledge of Macros helpful but not necessary.  Requires knowledge of Word.  Knowledge of Great Plains General Ledger System and FAS Fixed Asset System helpful but not necessary.

Education

B.A. or B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
