  Ocean Beauty Seafoods is looking for an energetic and friendly individual to join our LA location! Come join a company that is growing and offers a challenge with opportunity to expand! Essential Functions of the position: 1. Code and input A/P invoices 2. Ensure that proper documentation is secured before payment of an invoice 3. Generate and mail checks on a weekly basis 4. Contact vendors regarding past due invoices 5. Contact customers regarding payment, invoices, and payment plans 6. Processes and distributes inter-company charges  7. Input invoices for payment 8. Reconciles past due accounts via vendor statements  9. Handles calls from vendor Qualifications: • AA degree with emphasis in business or Accounting or equivalent experience • Minimum of five (5) years general office experience. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and math and interpersonal communication skills. Must be capable of working productively under deadline pressure with competing priorities, despite constant interruptions. Must be proficient in Word and Excel, with 10-key by touch.
