Responsibilities:

- Install and configure T-Server, URS, CCA, CCPulse, OCM, CME, SCI, and Genesys Reporting
- Design and implement routing strategies, campaign creation and management for inbound/outbound calls
- Support production software operations through testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Collaborate with various managers and IT teams on assigned projects

 

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience installing, integrating and supporting Genesys
- Extensive knowledge of Genesys 7.x Framework Suite, Outbound Contact Solution (OCS), Genesys Enterprise Routing Solution (ERS), Contact Center Analyzer (CCA)
- Must have experience with Call Progress Detection (CPD) using Dialogic Board and integrating Genesys CTI with Cisco CallManager and CRM
- Knowledge of Genesys Universal SDK a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference towards Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
