Government Contracting Services (Regulatory Consulting) - Senior Consultant Deloitte & Touche LLP's ("Deloitte & Touche's") Audit and Enterprise Risk Services business has a risk-based approach, experienced professionals, comprehensive methodologies, and technical resources.    Deloitte & Touche's Regulatory Consulting practice can work with clients to develop and deploy an integrated program for identifying, measuring, controlling, and monitoring compliance risks.  We bring a multi-disciplinary perspective to organizations that must address complex and competing requirements, emerging government and regulatory enforcement trends, and evolving industry leading practices.  Our comprehensive, risk-based practice can work with our clients to take regulatory compliance to the next level by leveraging compliance for competitive advantage; weaving regulatory compliance into the fabric of their organization; communicating key messages and requirements across the organization; developing and deploying compliance controls, processes, and systems; and responding to regulatory enforcement situations while improving their image in the marketplace and among stakeholders.   The Regulatory Consulting practice has a specialization in Government Contracting Services.  This group assists clients in dealing with the evolving rules and regulations in a government contracting, compliance-based environment. Our specialists have many years of experience with government agencies, including service with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). We use our experience and established relationships with government personnel to assist clients that contract with the federal government.  The Government Contracting Services professional team is equipped to deal with a broad range of contracting problems, including issues arising from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). We support our clients in developing a competitive strategy, assist in resolving allegations of noncompliance, and facilitate interface with federal audit and contract administration personnel.
