HR Recruiter

Our Westchester NY client is seeking a Contract Recruiter for six months or longer.  The ideal candidate will work with department managers to prepare and clarify job descriptions as well as recruit qualified candidates to fill current needs. This position will utilize your previous experience in leadership and recruiting salaried professionals and executives across multiple disciplines.

 Partner with senior leadership to manage proactive recruitment of candidates with the highest caliber backgrounds and diversity.Provide advice and counsel with respect to candidate selection, ensuring that the best talent is presented and hired for positions across multiple functional areas.Handle all aspects of recruiting process inclusive of sourcing, assessment, structuring offers and vendor management. Negotiate salaries, bonuses, and relocation packages in coordination with HR representatives. 

 

Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred5+ years experience recruiting, preferably for R&D, Sales, Finance & IT.Track record should include executive level hiring. Excellent candidate assessment skills are critical.Ability to establish relationships with all levels within the organization
