Hedge Transactions - Trade Settlements

Responsibilities include: Communication with counterparties regarding the settlement of positions and confirmations. Coordination between the various parties including internal traders, external counterparties and IT. Business liaison with IT to resolve system issues, process enhancements and reporting improvements. Creation of cash instructions and journal entries to record hedge gains/losses. Reconciliation of activity to daily cash reporters. Analyze and record quarterly mark to market of positions in the general ledger. Oversee one analyst in the day to day processes. Skills Required Bachelors Degree in Accounting Well organized. Detailed oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
