Billing: 1) Westchester law firm looking to hire 4 billing coordinators.  Any software is acceptable, however Elite would be a huge plus.  Qualified candidates should come from the service industry.  Salary to $55k. 2) Midtown media company is looking for a high-level billing analyst to join their team.  Must have a thorough understanding of billing (QA, Research, Generating Invoices, Analysis).Advanced Excel skills necessary.  Salary to $70k.

Accounts Payable: 1) Westchester manufacturing firm is looking for an AP coordinator.  Must know the full cycle AP process (coding, batching, invoicing, 1099 processing).  Salary to $50K.  2) Global midtown manufacturing company is looking for an AP Manager to step in and lead a four person AP department.  Must have supervisory experience and a thorough understanding of the complete AP cycle.  SAP experience a plus.  Salary to $70K.
