Our specific services include business restructuring, credits and incentives, sales and use tax, sales and use tax outsourcing, property tax, state income and franchise tax, state strategic tax review, and state tax controversy. We are currently seeking a Multistate Tax Staff to join our team. **Dallas, TX is the preferred location and must be open to travel.**  Responsibilities include: - Providing tax research and analysis for clients in diverse industries - Preparing tax returns - Keeping up-to-date on current tax practices and technical issues - A good understanding and working knowledge of the client's business and tax systems - Clearing open items relating to assigned areas and meeting client deadlines - Communicating difficulties in a timely fashion and identify and communicate issues that require the immediate attention of the Senior or others on the engagement team - Actively participating in the decision making on project teams - Minimum of one or more years experience in preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns, preferably within the Big 4 and/or a law firm - Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
