Education:

• Bachelors degree required preferably related to Human Resources

• Enrollment in a Masters degree program, a focus on Human Resources a plus

Experience:

• 0-2 years of work experience

Skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Leadership skills

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

o Mandatory responsibilities of the position

Assist with recruitment

• Manage job postings

• Source and screen candidates

• Assemble recruiting brochures

• Setup on-campus information sessions, on-campus and in-office interviews, travel arrangements

 Assist with new-hire orientation/ on-boarding process

 Assist with maintaining employee files

 Assist with semi-annual performance review process

o General responsibilities of the position

 Other HR related projects as assigned
