Assists Regional HR Director in driving the Firm's Human Resources Strategy and vision Partner with the College Relations Manager in to develop and implement the Campus Recruiting Plan Implementation and oversight of retention initiatives Communication of HR objectives, philosophies and practices to staff, group leaders and Partners Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations to resolution Serve as coach/advisor for performance management issues Partner with experienced recruiting team to ensure staffing needs are met Identify training needs for staff and work with local and national teams in implementation and communication Administer compensation administration Participate in on-boarding and separation processes Assist in various national, regional and/or special projects Monitor compliance with firms policies and procedures Additional responsibilities as delegated by Regional Human Resources Director.
